1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be returned within 2 days (48 Hours) of delivery.
  • Some items such as undergarments, intimates, and customized products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Please check product details for return eligibility.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number, the reason for return, and any relevant images if the item is damaged or defective.
  3. We will provide you with further instructions, including the return shipping address.

Please note, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Undergarments and lingerie
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved:

5. Exchanges
